49e6293a4d fix(client): add per-version server proxies for older servers 
A client that downgrades to a 1.6 or 1.7 server parsed key repeat with the 1.8 format and swallowed the messages behind it. ServerProxy is now the 1.6 form with 1.7 and 1.8 subclasses picked by the negotiated version, mirroring the ClientProxy classes.

16141d7156 fix(client): restore relative cursor positions locally 
Avoid stale server enter coordinates in relative mouse mode by saving and reusing the client's local cursor position around leave and enter.

Store Windows restore positions per desktop so UAC and secure desktop transitions do not reuse normal desktop coordinates. This affects relative mouse movement restore behavior while preserving the existing center-on-leave path.
